What was actually wrong.
Every release shipped with no announcement. The changelog existed; almost nobody outside the company read it.
The one person who used to write comparison pages had moved onto the product team, and nobody replaced the role.
What little did get published was never revisited — no one could say which pages earned anything.

Changelog, docs and resolved support tickets became the agent's only inputs — never a prompt typed from memory of what shipped.

Every draft lands for review before it publishes. Nothing goes out without someone reading it first.

The agent checks which pages are earning traffic weeks later and flags the ones quietly rotting, instead of publishing and forgetting.
